Take part in tourneys at PokerStars for the widest pool of Play Money players anywhere. Blowout Packages are worth $1,904each and contain four Blowout Series tickets. This means four shots to play in $5,000,000 GTD tournaments every Sunday, starting on December 27.
There are 1,000 Blowout Packages up for grabs and these can be snatched by landing on special Chests, or via Welcome and Final Freerolls.
Here’s how to play:
- Opt-in to The Blowout Challenge via your Challenges Window.
- Play real money games and win Stars Rewards Chests containing dice rolls.
- Roll the dice to move that number of spaces. Land on Chests around the board to earn prizes of up to $5K. Land on arrows and you’ll either fast-track your way to the finish or move back on the board.
- Land on theBlowout Chests in the middle of the board and win up to $10K in prizes – plus a chance to win a Blowout Package.

Moving through the city
After you’ve opted-in via your Challenges Window, you’ll see that the city is mapped out across a board with squares featuring numbers and letters. Your objective is to get to the party in the middle by earning dice rolls which you’ll find in Chests.
As you move along, you’ll come across arrows that could either advance you to the final party (and rewards) or divert you in a different direction. Don't worry if the arrows take you in the ‘wrong’ direction – you could grab even more instant rewards by taking the long way around.
Celebrate on the go
The party spirit isn’t confined to the centre. You’ll find Chests scattered across various squares (numbers: 4, 6, 11, 15, 18, 22 and 26, and letters: B, G and O) containing prizes of up to $5,000.
To complete the board, reach square 28 or square R (the last number and letter on the board). There’s no need to land exactly on these squares – if you roll beyond 28/R, you’ll still get to the end and claim the same final reward of up to $10,000.
Blowout Freerolls
Welcome and Final Freerolls will also be awarding Blowout Packages. There’s 10 to be won in each.
The Welcome Freeroll is open to players who opt-in to this promotion on Day 1 (December 7) and will take place on December 8. Registration will only be open for a few hours, so you’ll need to act fast.
If you manage to complete the board but unfortunately don’t win a Blowout Package, the Final Freeroll is for you. This will take place on December 27.
To use Blowout Freeroll Tickets, you’ll need to log in, find ‘Blowout Welcome Freeroll’ or ‘Blowout Final Freeroll’ within the Tournaments search tool, and then register.
Terms & Conditions
What is the promotion?
The Blowout is a promotion which can be found in your Challenges Window.
When you opt-in, you will see The Blowout board, broken down into 28 ‘number’ squares and 18 ‘letter’ squares: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q and R, plus 10 Board Chests, 4 Blowout Chests, and 13 arrows.
Every time you complete a progress bar by playing real money games, you will receive a four-sided dice in your Stars Rewards Chest. Your marker will move the number of squares displayed on the dice.
The arrows on the board allow you to move different directions. If you land exactly on a square that shows an image of the bottom of an arrow, then you will move all the way to the square at the top of the arrow. For example, if you land on square 3, you will move to square A, square C to square 5, square F to square 10, square 12 to square H, square J to square 17, square 19 to square L, square M to square 20, square N to square 24, square 28 to square R.
In order to complete the Challenge, you will need to complete the board by landing on or going past the final square with ‘number’ 28 or ‘letter’ R. You don’t have to land exactly on the square with ‘number’ 28 or square with the ‘letter’ R. If you roll beyond 28/R, you will complete the board and get the final reward. For example, if you are on the square Q and you get a dice with 4, you will move to R and complete the board.
When is this promotion?
This promotion takes place from 9:00 ET on December 7, 2020 and finishes at 23:59 ET on December 26, 2020.
Who is eligible?
This promotion is open to all Stars Rewards members. All players need to have registered with the Stars Rewards loyalty program and must have opted into the promotion.
What will I receive?

If you land exactly on a square marked with the ‘numbers’: 4, 6, 11, 15, 18, 22, 26, or ‘letters’: B, G, O, you will receive a Chest containing an instant personalised reward. The value of the Chest will depend on the Stars Rewards level you are ascribed based on your level of play at the time won:

If you land exactly on the squares with the ‘letters’: E, I, K, R, or complete the board by reaching the square with the ‘number’ 28 or ‘letter’ R, you will receive a Chest containing an instant personalised reward. The value of the Chest will depend on the Stars Rewards level you are ascribed based on your level of play at the time won:

You could also win a Blowout Package (limited to one per player). The Blowout Package is worth $1,904 and contains four Blowout Series tickets with the buy-ins: $109, $215, $530, and $1,050, which are entries to $5M GTD tournaments every Sunday starting on December 27. The probability of winning such a prize will depend on the Chest you are ascribed based on your level of play at the time won and will vary as follows:
All players who opt-in to The Blowout Challenge on the first day (between 9:00 ET and 23:59 ET on December 7, 2020) will receive a ticket to a ‘Blowout Welcome Freeroll’, which will award 10 Blowout Packages to the top 10 finishers of the freeroll.
- ‘Blowout Welcome Freeroll’ will take place on December 8, 2020 at 13:10 ET. To use the Blowout Welcome Freeroll Ticket, players need to log in to the client, find ‘Blowout Welcome Freeroll’ within the Tournaments search tool, and register for the tournament.
For all the players who have completed The Blowout Challenge (reached or surpassed square 28/R), but did not win a Blowout Package, there will be a ‘Blowout Final Freeroll’ which will award 10 Blowout Packages to the top 10 finishers of the freeroll.
- ‘Blowout Final Freeroll’ will take place on December 27, 2020 at 11:05 ET. To use the Blowout Final Freeroll Ticket, players need to log in to the client, find ‘Blowout Final Freeroll’ within the Tournaments search tool, and register for the tournament.
Miscellaneous
Only players that have joined the Stars Rewards loyalty program are eligible to participate in this promotion. Affinity-based rewards are tailored on the games you play and can range from Tournament Tickets, Free Spins (where available) or StarsCoin, amongst others.
The promotion will finish once you reach Square 28 or R, until December 26, 2020, whichever happens first. You don’t have to land exactly on square 28 or square R. If you roll beyond 28/R, you will complete the board.
A prize won as part of this promotion cannot be assigned, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Chests will be forfeited if not opened within seven (7) days after the end of the promotion period.
Once the Chests are opened, all prizes that form part of this promotion will be added to the player's account immediately and will be available for the player to use.
