Downloadable hand histories are available to all our players 24 hours after each session is completed. These hand histories have hole cards revealed for all players involved in the hands. This allows the players to not only review their play but also self-monitor the games.

Run It Once Poker Europa
As of June 28th, automatic hand history downloads are enabled. We’re currently testing downloads for any hands played moving forward after a player enables automatic downloads in their account settings. Full access to all previous hand histories will be available soon.
Set up automatic downloads
To set up automatic downloads, follow these instructions:
- Launch the app and log in to your account;
- From the lobby, click the ‘My Account’ icon in the left-hand navigation panel;
- Go to ‘Playing History’ section from the left-hand menu;
- In the ‘Automatic downloads’ section, tick the ‘Enable Hand History downloads’ box.
- Select a folder where you want to save them (Make sure the folder is not write protected).
Hand histories for hands that were played greater than 24 hours ago will automatically be downloaded upon your next login.
Please note: If you already enabled automatic downloads, you may need to un-check then re-enable the option.
Request past data
As of July 2nd, historic hand histories are available. To access historical hand histories, please make a request to our support team via email ([email protected]), and we’ll happily forward you your past hand histories.
